Improve virtual keyboard user experience

Stop keyboad from popping up and not having the option to minimize it. This is especially problematic at the PIN screen, where pressing the first digit on-screen causes the keyboard to pop up and block the pinpad.

Any hint on the availability on this? it is indeed annoying. Happens on Iphone 13 and 15 with iOS 17.x and iPad with iOS < 15.x (i.e. not compatible with ipad app, only web app).

following up, the virtual keyboard does not pop up anymore on beta.sell.oliverpos.com for PIN. However, it still does when entering the cash amount :-(

Do you mind sharing which device you are on? this is something we are working on improving. For now a work around is to just connect a keyboard to your device that will stop the software keyboard from coming up.
