We use a WP/WC product delivery plugin (Local Delivery Drivers for WooCommerce), which adds a few custom status: Driver Assigned,’ ‘Failed Delivery Attempt,’ and ‘Out for Delivery'. We also use the WP/WC plugin "Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce", which helps us indicate the production status of the orders. Having this pluggin would make the POS a Operation Center that we can use to help monitor and change status of the orders.
