Currently, Oliver POS is compatible with Smart coupons, specifically with discount type "Store Credit / Gift Certificate"

It is NOT compatible with percentage discount, fixed discount (product or cart), or free gift. It should be compatible with these, meaning you should be able to create coupons falling under these discount types in Woo (with the Smart Coupons plugin or not) and then apply them in the Register (maybe create them in Register too).
