Add Non-Product Tiles

Let users create tiles for other non-product actions like Shopify POS does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JP8rqSYlgVI
The implementation for this feature request could be as simple as letting the user add a non-product URL when creating the tile.

For now it should be noted that you can add an custom app that can do pretty much the same as shopify and more using app commands.

This is planned but for a much larger release that we are coming with in Q1 next year.
