HIDE QUICK SPLIT 🎉

Oliver Hub option in general settings that lets you hide "quick split" options in the checkout screen of the Oliver Register. This brings moves payment types further up the screen, so users who don't use Quick Split no longer have to scroll down to select Cash, Oliver Pay, etc.

Product Modifiers refund issue, display issue on the transaction detail view and receipt
